Returns and Refunds
How to Start a Return

- 2 Include your order number and let us know why you'd like to return.
- 3 We'll send you clear instructions and help coordinate shipping if needed.
Note: The 60-day return window is based on the delivery confirmation from the carrier.
Refund Timing
- Refunds are typically issued within5-10 business days.
- Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Notes
- Returns outside of the 60-day window can't be accepted (unless the issue is a defect).
- Shipments through freight forwarders or unsupported countries may not qualify for returns.
