Delivery Areas: We currently ship within the continental United States.

Processing Time: Typically shipped within next business day.

Ownership and Risk: Ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment. OZI Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Damaged or Lost Packages: Please contact service@ozisleep.com within 48 hours of delivery (include photos) for claim assistance or replacement.
