Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or recurring purchase at any time before the next billing cycle.
How to Cancel:
- Email service@ozisleep.com with your order number and request to cancel.
- Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
After Cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to your current billing period until it expires.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
- Refunds for the current billing period are not provided unless the service has not yet been delivered.
